Evaluation & Purchasing

Each cellar is different so the pricing requires a short survey of the cellar and operating needs of the individual site.

The process is therefore normally...

  • Survey the site taking approximately 30 minutes.

    •  
      • Short discussion with the manager to establish any operating parameters to optimise the system, taking approximately 10 minutes.

        •  
          • Commercial proposal and contractual agreement.

            •  
              • Installation at an appointed time to suit you and your business

                •   which can take approximately 2 to 4 hours.
                   
                  • Initiate immediately after cleaning cycle.

                    •  
                      • Review beer quality weekly with the manager to establish confidence and performance.

                        •  
                          • Agree cleaning period - It is possible to achieve more than 4 weeks between cleans but all savings are based on 4 weeks only and many operations find it effective to clean on the same day each month.

                            •  
                              • Monthly payment in arrears of savings.

                                •  
                                  • Savings after equipment lease payments and running costs are normally greater than 50% of the beer savings.
